1. Introduction

Welcome to EmbedUp (“App”), developed and operated by EFOLI LLC. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By installing or using EmbedUp through the Shopify App Store or directly on your Shopify store, you (“Merchant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not install or use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Have an active Shopify account.
• Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements.
• Comply with all Shopify policies and applicable laws.

3. Use of the App

EmbedUp allows you to create and customize embeddable components featuring your Shopify products and collections, and embed them on external websites or blogs to drive sales back to your Shopify store.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the App.
• Use the App in a way that violates Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect and process limited store and customer data as required to provide the App’s functionality. Please refer to our Privacy Policy

5. Fees & Payment

• Some features of EmbedUp may be free, while others require a paid plan.
• Fees will be billed through your Shopify invoice according to the pricing plan you select.
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the App “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales or profits.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the App in the last 3 months.

7. Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
